Thursday night’s Spooky Story Time at the Woodbine Public Library was a HUGE SUCCESS! We had nearly 50 children & family members attend, many of whom wore costumes!
Author Nancy Raines Day read & gifted hardcover copies of her book, On a Windy Night, for the children, which she signed afterward! What a treat!
I had fun reading Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson & gifting copies of the book to the kids to take home.

That night, I found reading stories in our community & gifting copies of the book to the children afterward was something I was meant to do…and a beautiful partnership was born! Great Books for Kids (me!) & the Woodbine Public Library have already started to plan their next events, including a turkey-tastic story time event on November 22nd at 3pm.
