Autumn Story Time

Nov 22, 2022 | Events

49 parents, grandparents & children attended the Autumn Story Time today, hosted by Great Books for Kids and the Woodbine Public Library!

Librarian Taylor read a Native American heritage-themed book titled Fry Bread, which was so beautiful. Then she passed out copies of her family’s fry bread recipe!

I read How to Catch a Turkey and gifted each child with a copy of the book to take home & keep forever (as the kids like to say)!

Afterward, the kids colored turkey pictures & wrote out reasons why they are thankful, as well as built structures using Magna-Tiles.

Thank you to all who came out to support our event and who shared about it with family & friends! I am feeling very blessed!

Great Books for Kids and the Woodbine Public Library held an Autumn Story Time. Kids heard 2 stories, received a free book & made crafts!
